    Email us your repeat prescription requests!

    You can now email your repeat prescriptions to: Parkside.prescriptions1@nhs.net. All requests require the name of patient, address, strength and dosage of medication needed. Emails will be checked once daily at 1pm. Any requests received after this time will be processed the following working day. You can also request prescriptions and book appointments by Patient Access. To register for our online services, bring some ID to the Practice and ask one of our receptionists to print you a PIN letter. Once registered, this is the most accurate and quickest way of requesting repeat prescriptions. You should you should allow two working days before collection. Prescription requests will not be accepted over the telephone.
